ATTENTION
Comcast Cable is currently the only provider of channels for GCTV. You cannot find us on DirectTV, Satellite or AT&T Uverse.

Any resident or employee of the 7 town cable franchise area (Guilford, Madison, Branford, North Branfford, North Haven, East Haven and Wallingford) may submit programming to air on one of our 3 channels. All programming must be non-commercial. Each program can be submitted for up to 3 play cycles. A User Access Form must be filled out for each program, each time it is submitted.

GCTV changes the program schedule on Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays. GCTV tries to schedule programs to play every 3 - 4 hours within each play cycle.

Programs are scheduled using the following guidelines.

Non-profit organizations, schools and local government agencies may also submit announcements about upcoming events to run on our Community Bulletin Board.
